Rent for the studio apartment in the roof:	100 €/week; 15 €/day (minimum stay: 3 days)

• Final clean-up included (intermediate cleaning on demand)

• Water, electricity, bed sheets and towels included
• The payment of rent is only possible in EUR. If you pay in EGP the current daily exchange rate is calculated.
  Other currencies are accepted by prior arrangement only.
  The full amount is payable on arrival in cash.
• Other separate additional services such as means of transport, bike rental outlet, purchases, trips and other activities upon request.

Since the offers have very deteriorated for cheap direct flights to Luxor, we offer an alternative:

• Transfer to/from the airport Hurghada € 60 each way (3 hrs)
• Transfer to/from the airport Marsa Alam € 100 each way (3 hrs)
